What is the publication/processing cost?
  To provide open access, Science Alert use a business model in which our expenses - including those of peer review, journal production, and online hosting and archiving - are recovered in part by charging a publication fee to the authors or research sponsors for each article they publish.

Publication/processing cost of each article is vary from journal to journal, minimum 500 $ to 3000$ per article.

  Privacy Policy
  Science Alert will not use your information for any purpose that you have not expressly authorized. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Web Site Usage Information: We automatically collect IP addresses and Web site usage information from you when you visit our Web site. This information helps us evaluate how our visitors and subscribers use and navigate our Web sites on an aggregate basis, including the number and frequency of visitors and subscribers to each Web page, and the length of their visits.

  Refund Policy
  If your article rejected by the reviewer due to the technical reasons, your payment (with the deduction of 5% processing charges) will be refund to you via check or via wire transfer.

The payment will return in 15 working days.

  What is Cover Letter?
  When you submit your article to a journal, you need to include a cover letter. Some journals will provide information about what to include in your cover letter on their Instructions for Authors page.
Please adhere to any guidelines that are provided. Where guidelines are not provided, please use the information below.

A cover letter should include:

  • The article title
  • The name of the journal
  • The full names of all authors, clearly indicating the corresponding author
  • The authors' affiliations in full
  • Correspondence details
  • Suggested reviewers; providing the name, email address and telephone number
  • An explanation of why the manuscript is of interest to the journal and what is novel about it (some journals call this a statement of relevance)
  • Number of figures
  • Number of tables
  • Number of words

If the manuscript has been previously submitted to the journal, state the manuscript ID of the previous submission.

Confirm that the manuscript has been submitted solely to the journal and that it is not published, in press, or submitted elsewhere.

Confirm that all the research meets the ethical guidelines, including adherence to the legal requirements of the study country.
